New clients

Welcome. Here's how we do things.

No mystery, no fine print. This page covers your first visit from parking lot to checkout.

What happens at the first visit?

Plan for about 30 to 45 minutes. We will weigh your pet, take a history (bring any records you have, or just tell us what you know), do a nose-to-tail exam, and then talk options. If anything needs treatment or testing, you get an estimate first and you decide. That is the house rule: estimates before treatment, always.

What should I bring?

How do payments work?

Payment is due when service is provided. We accept cash, major credit cards, Scratchpay payment plans and CareCredit. If money is tight, read our Community Care page before you skip care. There are usually more options than people think.

Do you take walk-ins?

We see scheduled appointments first, and we fit true urgencies into the day. The fastest path is a phone call to (786) 275-4629: we confirm your time while you're on the line.
